Welcome to Greeny - the happiness Goblin!
In a lovely, alive and blossoming forest lives Greeny. He embarks on an exciting journey to find happiness, love and truth in life. Greeny finds his soul mate: Fig-Lisa and spend time with his best friend Miraclis (who has a burning desire for night walking and collecting wish-fulfilling stars).
In the forest also lives Trollis (the scorcerer who helps our friends), Trassel (the clumpsy but highly creative goblin) and many more funny charachters, that you will get to now.
Our friends live inside diffrent kinds of trees. Greeny together with Fig-Lisa in their abundant fig tree. Miraclis in his walnut tree and Trollis in his almond tree. Up in the mountain we find the Yogi goblin. He lives in his old olive tree and is one of the most healthiest goblins in the whole forest. He has a beautiful garden filled with green leaves. The goblins communicated with help from lightballs, which they can send to each others, including messages. High up in the sooty mountains lives the scary sooty king with his army of sooty and slimy balls. They represent all the fears and painful emotions that our friends experience from time to time. Greeny has to stretch his body, mind, soul and heart to embrace the sootyking and find true, lasting happiness!

Vision
Mind your Green hearts vision
My intention is to build up and work at a health center in a beautiful natural place filled with fresh air, water and organic, a beautiful garden with fruit trees, flowers and own grown living foods. All kinds of people are welcome her to receive coaching, healing, to relax, rejuvante themselves and enjoy delicious living food gourmet food. We have yoga, chi gong and meditationclasses every day, as well as saunas and creative therapys like art and creative writing. It will be an healing, inspiring and uplifting reatreat center. Welcome to stretch your body, mind, heart och soul! The answers are all in nature! Discover a simple lifestyle and the bliss and joy that comes from within.

Wellness and life coaching
As a coach you help your client find their own answers inside themselves. You are there to ask the right questions, make the client raise their awareness, help them refraim perspectives, discover new possibilities, support and inspire him or her to be the best they can be. You accept your client as he or she is, practice total awareness and active listening. You develop your sensitivity and empath skills. It is a rewarding and exciting growing profession. You learn new things every day in the encounter with every new client. What a wonderful way to grow in awareness and help yourself as well as your client to find more joy, happiness, peace and growth in life.
I study at the ICA (International Coach Academy, www.icoachacademy.com) and find the journey very exciting and rewarding. Her i can meet with other coaches from all over the world. Learn the art of coaching through practice in a safe and encouraging environment that stimulates and encourage growth. With an open and curious mind I explore new possibilities and ways to think and perceive the world, my own patterns, emotions and behaviours. I understand that I always have the freedom to choose how I will respond in every situation. One of my favourite questions are: What would love do now? What is true now? And then have the courage to act upon my intuition. Life seems to flow when I feel balanced and connected to my inner center. I follow the flow of life.
Alan Seale, author of Soul mission, soul vision, asks: Whats wants to happen now? That means being open to try new things and embrace fear and resistance with love and courage.

Living food
Did you know that one of the fastest ways to heal ourselves is thorough the food we choose to eat. If we really love, respect and care for our bodies then we would choose the best fuel for our body in order for our cells to feel vibrant and alive.
The most nourishing and vibrant food is fond in natural, living foods. Ann Wigmore is the founder of The Hippocrates institute for living food. There is a learning center in Poerto Rico, Aguada, where you can go for a two week long certification course. Ann Wigmore cured herself from cancer with living foods (mostly wheat grass and sprouts). It has been proven that almost every alignment and bodily imbalance can be cured by switching to a living food diet. I can recommend reading one of her inspiring and upliftning books: The Hippocrates diet.
The good news is that it can be easiy and fun to enjoy living foods. And you get more then enough of all the vitamins, minerals, proteins and health fats your body new in order to thrive. In a couple of weeks you will have more energy, need to sleep less and feel more balanced emotionally. I really enjoy it and look forward to experiment with new exciting recepeis every day.
For breakfast: Green heart Energy soup in the morning: I mix half an apple, half banana, soaked walnets, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hamp seeds, coconut milk, red grapes, a slice of ginger, a fig, in a mixer and spice it with some cinnamon and cardemum. Simply delicious!
At 10.00 I mix some nettles and sprouts with a fig into a green energy drink.
For lunch I enjoy a beautiful decorated heart opening salad with: broccoli, turnips, spinich, tomatoes, avocado, beets, onion, garlic and turmeric. Spices with rosmarin and basil.
In the afternoon I go outside and pick some strawberries and make myself an awesome strawberry smoothie with som coconut milk and dates.
In the evening it it time for another refreshing and vitalising salad: Carrots, cashesdressing, cabbage, alfaalfa and mung beans sprouts makes my body smile!
There are alot of interesting fruits, nuts, sprouts, vegetables, green leaves, avocados, coconut oil/milk, seeds to experiment and choose from. You can start sprouting right now and save alot of money. You can grow you own wheat grass (one of the most nourishing superfoods in the world) and make wheat grass juice as energy boosting drinks during the day.
